The following is a list of general information about ordering from our company.

If any further info is needed please don't hesitate to call.

 

1.    GENERAL: We represent the manufacturer and not an importer. We are dedicated to providing the best in quality, service, and price to all of our customers.  We are set up to take care of the largest corporation, but we also love to take care of the smallest home based businesses and watch them grow.

 

2.     ORDERING:  To place an order simply decide what you want and fill out our easy order form.  Then just hit the send button to place the order.  You can also call or fax us an order.  Always include a phone number in case there are any questions.   There is a $50 minimum order. 

 

3.     PAYMENT:  Our preferred method of is credit card.  We accept Visa and Master Card. We have thirty (30) day terms for those that qualify.

 

4.    RETURN POLICY:  If an item is defective or if we have made a mistake we will always gladly accept your return.  Just put it in a box and ship it back with your information.  We do NOT accept returns for any other reasons.

 

Very Important Note: The cost of the return shipping belongs to the customer.  The credit will be applied to you next order.  Please include your daytime phone number in the package.
